Standard of Scale Figure

Each drawing are maked has a different size. There are small and there are great. It is therefore often impossible to draw a picture in the paper size images particular, in actual size. For this drawing size must be minimized if the object is large, and must be enlarged if the object too small. Reduce or enlarge drawing job done with a certain scale. The scale is linear in proportion to the size of the drawing linear from actual objects.

There are three kinds of scale drawings, namely:
a) The scale of enlargement
The scale of magnification used if the drawing is made larger of the actual object. For example if the object is small and complex such as the control circuit on the street light, then should use to describe the scale enlargement this circuit. Appointment to the scale of magnification is: x: 1, whereas complete the recommended sizes are:
50: 1; 20: 1; 10: 1  5: 1, 2: 1

b) Full Scale
Full scale is used when the drawing job was made as large with actual objects. This scale is recommended for as much as may be used, in order to imagine the objects actual, or to facilitate the examination. Appointment of full scale is 1: 1

c) The scale of the downsizing
The scale of reduction is used when the image is made more smaller than the actual image, while the appointment is 1: x. Here is a list of recommended downsizing the scale of appointment:
 1: 2 1: 5 1: 10
 1: 20 1: 50 1: 100
 1: 200 1: 500 1: 1000
 1: 2000 1: 5000 1: 10000
If made on a large scale, when the image is reduced
advised to refer to the format DIN (Deutsche Industrie
Norma / German industry norm), so the details will appear
clear
